"There is quite a lot I can say about the professionalism and expertise I witnessed while working with Shannon over the past couple of months, but if you only have a few moments to read this review, I will get straight to the point: She is terrific, and I recommend her without hesitation. If you have a little more time, let me provide further information to support that statement. I was referred to Shannon after she worked with some friends selling their home. I contacted her to discuss my plans on selling a home and if she would be willing to look and provide some of her thoughts on what the house would need to be ready for the market. She was eager to help and met with me the first week of the new year. After walking through the house, she made a few recommendations that would help make the home more marketable. I did not feel pressured to get these items done; in fact, I felt encouraged by her enthusiasm. I was able to get the minor things done in a couple of weeks, and the house was on the market and under contract in a little over a month since our first interaction. Shannon even came over before the professional pictures were taken and did some staging to make the house look fantastic! The house had an abundance of showings and numerous offers, and Shannon was extremely thorough in putting together a spreadsheet of the offers to help me decide on which one to accept. During the entire process, Shannon was extremely easy to get ahold of and had an answer for every question. She was reassuring and confident, which made me feel secure. In the past, I had only been a buyer on a couple of home purchases, and this was my first time as a seller, so the process was much different.
